As part of our 50th Birthday celebrations, we’ve scoured our records and discovered the top ranked agencies, studios and people of the first 50 years of D&AD – they've been recognised with a one-off Award.
The lists here reveal the work that's made it into the top ten. These are the people and companies who have shaped creativity in Britain, and the world, over the past half-century. How many will still be there in fifty years time?
The order is based on those who have won the most Pencils, with Black Pencils weighted more heavily than Yellow. Cut + Run have kindly produced a one minute film to accompany each of the ultimate victors.
