Clothing retailer niko and operates 150 stores across Japan, Hong Kong and Korea. For the opening of its flagship store in Harajuku, Tokyo, Plug-in Graphic designed an internal training booklet in the format of a dictionary. The humorous booklet offers words to describe different styles, each appropriately accompanied by products. Though originally designed for internal use, the booklet soon became a buyable product due to overwhelming demand from customers.
