Around the world prisons are packed. Conditions are deplorable and reoffending is shockingly common. It begs the question, is a prison sentence the only solution? Penal Reform International wanted an animation that raised this question. The sensitive issue required a clever treatment, which was duly provided by Nice and Serious. The animation has been used by Penal Reform International at conferences around the world.
