We curated a London-wide exhibition of stamps as part of the London Design Festival. We wanted to celebrate the work of the Royal Mail and also to commend designers for solving the problem of creating graphic art for the smallest of canvasses. Around 150 actual size stamps went on show at over 30 venues around London, from the V&A Museum to Homerton Hospital. We provided branded magnifying glasses, while QR codes on caption panels took you to a blog where images could be uploaded and a map of the trail downloaded. Each stamp was framed in laser-cut acrylic, shaped to echo its perforations.
