Conor Brady

I have been an Art Director / Experience Designer / Creative Director for over 15 years. I started out in London working on the launch of Vintage Paperbacks at Random House. From there I segued into the music industry as a Creative Director at PolyGram/Universal. It was at PolyGram that I first saw the potential of digital as a way to change the nature of marketing. I started working primarily in digital in 2000 with Razorfish in their London, Stockholm and New York Offices. The work ranged from The Financial Times, Nokia, Ford Motor Company, the award winning Taj Hotels brand and Concierge.com, Conde Nast’s travel portal.

I joined Organic in 2006 and was promoted to Chief Creative Officer in 2009. I oversee creative development across all of our clients including Bank of America, P&G, Chrysler, Intel, Estée Lauder, Kimberley Clark, Nike (Canada), Ethan Allen, and Equinox Fitness. My goal is to continue to raise the quality of our work, the visibility of our brand, and our ability to get things done smarter through our Total Experience process. I am looking forward to a time where we stop defining agencies by their skill set, and more by the work that they deliver and the quality of their ideas.
