Founder - Devilfish

Following an unsuccessful stint as a bingo caller, Richard fell into a job making trailers for the BBC. He spent 4 years at BBC TV Centre, working as a creative on brand communications and trying to bump into Lauren Laverne.
He left in 2000 to found devilfish: a boutique agency supplying high-end, brand building creative to the broadcast sector.
Devilfish is now one of the most successful agencies of its kind (with over 60 Promax awards, three D&AD Pencils and three Cannes Lions) and works with a wide roster of clients at home and abroad.
Richard believes that every communication should reward its audience for engaging with it (and that the best part of growing a beard is shaving it off…).
