With many different combinations in many different capacities.
As a graphic designer at Conran Design, Head of Art at HHCL, as CD at TBWA, as a Commercials Director and now as BBC Group Creative director at Red Bee Media.
And if i've learnt one thing, it's this: All the awards, success and joy I've experienced wouldn't have existed without their remarkable talents.
Without them an idea would simply remain exactly that. An idea.
To me, these are the real stars of the show.
