Walter Campbell has been one of the industry’s leading writers for a number of years. His first success in TV was with films for Kiss FM and Dunlop tyres. A string of award-winning work at AMV BBDO lead him to his first D&AD Black Pencil with director Tony Kaye for Volvo. The run of acclaimed work then continued with a series of collaborations with Jonathan Glazer and culminated in the famous ‘Surfer’ film for Guinness, which picked up another two Black Pencils. After a short stint running an agency he decided to pursue a lifelong ambition and write a feature film. He has been working with Glazer on that dream for a couple of years and their film is set to shoot in May next year.
He is currently working on several writing projects and directing through Serious Pictures.
