Jason Hynes is a copywriter of 20 years experience. Currently based in Dublin, he has worked with numerous Irish agencies in addition to holding positions in Sydney, Melbourne and Amsterdam. He has previously held Creative Directorships at Rothco, The Helme Partnership and The Hive Dublin.
His work includes award-winning campaigns for Fanta, Sprite, Paddy Power, Guinness and Heineken. He is a recipient of the Brian Cronin award for copywriting at Kinsale, the Irish Radio Awards Grand Prix and numerous ICAD gold and craft awards for both writing and radio production.
His work as a comedy writer for RTE 2FM, Ireland’s national radio station, has been recognised with a PPI Radio Award.
Jason also writes and directs short films and his work has been selected for screening at the St. Petersburg and Tribeca film festivals and nominated for an IFTA.
