Andy Clough
Art Director - BBH London

After studying Graphic Design at Staffs Uni, Andy decided what the ad industry really needed was another dour northern art director.
He moved to London, starting his career at Y&R with his writer Richard McGrann in 1997. After surviving the mass culling & casual slaughter that followed the merger with RKCR, he went on to win numerous awards for clients such as Land Rover and The Times. He moved to BBH in 2004 and became an official, card carrying, loud shirt wearing media neutral disciplinarian, with awards in all manner of media, including a D&AD Pencil for Lynx.
He's all for the changing world of advertising, as long as it starts and ends with a good idea. But he maintains that if he could win a pencil for anything, it would be a good old-fashioned poster (fellow jurors please take note).
Outside advertising, he's usually knee-deep in nappies, courtesy of his baby Isaac.
