Monty Verdi

Joint Head of Art - Leo Burnett London

Monty Verdi

Monty Verdi has a very silly name. He is Joint Head of Art at Leo Burnett London, where he works across all of their clients including McDonald’s, DfT Child & Teenage Road Safety, DfT Drink Drive and Shelter.

As well as making things look nice, Monty also works as a creative at Leo Burnett and has just won Gold for the ‘McDonald’s Piccadilly Sign’ at the 2010 Creative Circle Honours (sorry, are you allowed to mention them?).

Monty started his career at an agency called Mitchell Patterson Grime Mitchell, in 1995. You’ve probably never heard of them. In 2000 he left MPGM to go freelance and worked at a few agencies you probably have heard of, including St Luke’s, Farm and Wieden & Kennedy.

Before joining Leo Burnett in 2005, Monty won Graham Fink’s $10,000 Global Logo Competition and was listed in Campaign’s Top Ten Best Young Creative Talent.
