Ian started his career in set design, before moving into retail and leisure interiors and quickly establishing himself as creative director at Simons Design. Then in 1990 he went on to set up his own agency, Caulder Moore - focusing on strategy, branding and graphic communication, packaging, art direction and interiors.
Under his creative direction Caulder Moore has established itself as one of the industry’s most respected agencies. Boasting an immensely diverse portfolio, Caulder Moore’s enviable client list includes leading brands such as Ben Sherman, Charles Worthington, Christian Lacroix, Coutts, Dr Hauschka, Gina, Guess, Hackett, Jigsaw, Jo Malone, New Look, Ormonde Jayne and Marks & Spencer.
