Caitlin Ryan was born in Brisbane, Australia. After 24 years of pesky sunshine, fresh air and beach holidays, she decided to come to London and has lived here ever since.
She joined Proximity in 1997 as a copywriter and became the Executive Creative Director in 2006. She provides direction and leadership on all of the agencies key accounts in partnership with a group of very talented Creative Partners. The department under her leadership has become one of the most successful and respected direct and digital creative departments in London.
In 2008 the agency was named the most awarded UK direct agency in the world in the WON report.
She has three delicious children and is the proud joint owner of Lantana Café, Time Out’s café of the Year 2009.
