Nike Training Club

Nike believes that if you have a body, you’re an athlete. So to help young female athletes everywhere to get in shape, we created Nike Training Club, an application that integrates training into girls’ lives in a fun, social, and personalised way. The global online platform allows girls to customise personal training programmes and watch more than 70 instructionalvideos. Girls can invite and challenge friends to join their workouts, track group progress, and customise an avatar. And when girls are on the go, they can use the Nike Training Club experience as an iPhone app, which provides them with access to their training regime, instructional videos and leader board, any time, any place.
