Weidenfeld & Nicolson 60th Anniversary Titles

Fallon was asked to create a new package for a series of titles to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Weidenfeld & Nicolson, an imprint of the Orion Publishing Group. The aim was not only to showcase W&N’s lineage, but to also demonstrate its progressive approach. Fallon created a stunning package that stripped the hardback book right back to its basic raw state: the bare boards. Keeping the typography simple, elegant and traditional, Fallon then used the die cut to reveal a striking series of images that are fresh and modern.
